Looking for home in AZ, trying to upsize. No mobiles. Open to area price between $200K and $500K. very flexible. MUST STAY IN ARIZONA.
My home was built in 2004. 1840 sq ft with 2 car finished and shelved garage. Well insulated, with a/c gas heat. Double pane windows, Bali shades. Very open
It has Solar Electric but ON GRID meaning you receive a check from the electric co for making electric.
Its a 3 bed rm 2 bath, vaulted ceiling, open floor plan. large pantry, roll out cabinets, comes with two fridges, one freezer, garb disp, dish washer, gas stove, new washer and dryer, microwave and gas hot water. Major appliances are GE Profile. Cable or Directv, with Fiber optic internet. House next to me is on the market for $288,540. with no solar or fence. same but reverse floor plan. House two doors down on market for $195K with no garage and no fence or solar.
Water/sewer on city runs about $40 for family of 6; more in summer with kiddie pool and plants, irrigation system in place. tile roof, stucco outside, fenced yard on golf course. NO HOA, CCRs are non existent. Gas runs about $35, Verizon cell works great..
VERY VERY quiet and safe neighborhood with DPS police 5 doors down. Boarder patrol guys live in area, Predominately upper retired professionals. There is a Club house with to die for food, and several greasy spoons in town, The Community Center holds classes and functions and very low prices. Lions club very active here. We have such programs as Yoga, Granny Boot Camp, Gem and Mineral club. etc
In town we have a Soap shop, coffee shoppe, Bank, Post office, Produce wagon with organic foods, medical clinic, vet, hair salons. Sunsites is the name of the community, Pearce is the Old mining town down the road. Willcox is the closest major city and Benson both within 40 mins drive. Very small town of 200 homes.
I am asking $250K for the house. and I have another rental. The townhome is worth $150K totally renovated with renter about to lease the place, AND I have several CP lots including one on the golf course that could be considered worth over $50K. So any combination of the above...
Be creative!
