Seattle suburb for Tampa metro

We have a 5,800 sqft house with a heated pool in an upscale Seattle suburb- minutes to Microsoft, short commute to Seattle. Very family oriented, crime free, best public schools in the area. Have to relocate to Tampa and currently looking for a similar home there (slightly smaller- ok, less expensive- ok). House listed at $1,199,000. Which is less than what we paid for it 2 years ago and we have put $75,000 in improvements in it. Mountain views, hot tub, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms.
