Savannah,GA property on Skidaway Island
I have a beautiful 3b/3.5ba home in a wonderful gated community on Skidaway Island in Georgia. It has a deeded boat slip and community pool and tennis. There is also a boat storage yard space. I am willing to trade for similar in florida. You can boat to some of the most pristine barrier island beaches I've ever seen (Ossabaw, and Wassaw). You can catch very large shrimp right off our dock! Fishing here is amazing! Nearest public beach would be Tybee Island. You can boat to downtown Savannah! You can boat to Hilton Head, Tybee Island etc. I am also willing to trade up to the right property. I am willing to stay in the same area. Let me know what you have. Thanks!
