Domuswap

House Swapping Version 2.0

We have a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath, pool home on a freshwater canal. Would like to go a bit north to GA, North Carolina, Tennessee or Virginia. Would even consider Ireland.....

We know these trades work as we traded in December, with someone who found our listing on this website. Our property is in a nice deed restricted subdivision, perfect for retirees, families or anyone in between. Valued in the $350,000 range would like to downsize. A log cabin in the mtns. would be great.

What have you got ????

I have a 3 bed/ 3 bath home on 1.1 acres just 10 minutes from Steamboat Springs, CO and 10 minutes from the regional airport. Just 1/4 mile from the Yampa River. 2 car garage. No HOAs.  There are 2 additional buildings on the property currently rented out. Low taxes & insurance. I have over $400K into it but in today's market would guess the value @ $250K-$300K. Approx. rental for home & buildings is $1200/Month.

Thanks, Shane

Hi Shane,

Your place sounds super....but we actually closed on the sale of the Sarasota house last month.Guess I need to remove the ad. Trading does really work, as we did trade a home we had in Punta Gorda,FL for one in GA, and it worked out well for us both :)

 Good luck !  Maureen
