Dear David Moskowitz:

 

I want to take the time to THANK YOU for your website - which is so easy to use - compared to Craigs List - which can be extremely difficult to post on.

 

I was wondering, if you knew anyone, in Florida, who has either of the following:

 

A large home, on acreage, valued up to $415,000, for trade for our NE Georgia home?

A nice piece of land,  RV, or Fifth-Wheel/Truck Combo - valued up to $60,000 - in trade for the equity in our Furnished, log-sided cabin, on 2 acres, in Murphy, North Carolina.

That person will either have to get a new loan for the $ 120,000 loan balance or we might be able to arrange a lease purchase.

We will look at any piece of land or RV - that is free and clear and in good condition.

I just wanted you to know that I posted two replies # 5 and 6 discussion to Missouri.  Confusing Site.

I am proud of what I said.  This has been on my mind for quite sometime and it feels good to get it off my chest.

By the way, your home in Florida is absolutely stunning.

I sure wish you wanted my Georgia home and North Carolina cabin.

Dear David:

 

It is sad to see that most people are no longer using your site for trading homes.  That is ashame because it is fun and easy to post.

 

Why do you think that is?  Can you do anything to drum up business on this site?

 

On all trading sites, I notice the same thing - less and less postings.

Do you think that trading has reached its peak and is now on the decline,- as people get more and more

fustrated with trades not working?

 

I personnally think that trading is not working because people are not sincere.

Also, they are seeking perfection.

Only CASH can buy you perfection.

With trading, the field is much more limited - therefore, you need to lower your expectations - and try to work with some property that has 70% of what you are seeking.

 

If traders do not like the color or the walls or carpet on the floors - they can easily fix that.

To refuse a trade over some STUPID thing like that, means they will - most likely - never find a trade.

How sad.

 

Also, the US economy is not getting better - for most folks out there.

 

Let me know your opinion.
