We have a 5,000 sf brick home on 2 ac, main st, small town, 7 min from town of 40,000. there is another description on www.ree.com #29227. we moved up here from fla and want to go back as my husband is from fla. we have totally remodelled and updated the home. the main floor (approxz 2475 sf has 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths; formal living rm, din rm; great rm/den with gas log fireplace (also has gas lighter if u want to burn wood); new appliances in 2006; new humidifying system for up and down in 2009; large laundry rm with built-in ironing board, many cabinets. there are regular wooden steps up to the attic which is 90% floored. i still have that executive on main st, small town, 5 min from large town of 40K plus and 45 min from jackson tn, also we have a regional medical center which is growing by leaps and bounds. there is a new va outpatient clinic also across the campus of the medical center. we need at least 210000 for our home, I can get the loan amount/balance. if interested i can send pics but do not know how to put pics on the website as above email me at jrojamie1@bellsouth.net

Have I responded to this ad before? I don't see anything written by me here. OK.. we own 2 HUGE historical houses in central GA (Macon), if you would be interested in that area at all. But I have some questions for you: (1) Do you own this property free and clear? (2)Property tax of this house? (3) Homeowner's association fees $$ ??
