I have a Daytona Beach Golf Course home. I'm just looking to get the value of the mortgage on it, $515,000. The home is for sale at $575,000. It a gated community in LPGA and the home's former owner was the LPGA Commissioner. I currently have the property leased to a couple of pilots which cover most of the expenses. We have 2.3 acre estate in Cottonwood , az. In the Red rock country of Sedona, az. the home is in the upscale community of Quail Springs Ranch . It is 5000st under roof, and has additional plans for a 5000ft. 2nd floor, and 3000ft. garage/guest house. we need to get out of our loan Just over 200k. and cash out our equity: again just over 200k. unfinished. If completed it will be worth over $700-800k.
