We have a beautiful condo in downtown Nashville, fully furnished, located between Union and Church. We presently have it rented to a great tenant. It can be kept as an executive rental, or with notice the new owner could take possession.
We are coming to Center Hill Lake on Wednesday to view another property someone is interested in swapping with us.
