I would be looking in the low /mid $200's....a few years ago, before the big crash, the lot next door , was on the market at $225 & it sold.................Real estale has certianally gone down :( but there seems to be signs that it is stabilizing......Thanks for asking...I guess I should have put that in the description...........

To be honest I had never thought of MO. The home is lovely & if I was looking to swap primary residences that would certianly be one to consider and we would be in the same ball park pricewise.The condo looks very nice also, I am hoping to stay along the east coast, but do want somewhere with cooler summers, so I will keep it in mind. Hi...a few years ago when my son in law was stationed in Pensacola I would have jumed at this...but now they're in San Diego hoping to get to the east coast (Va/NC) in the next 2 yrs. I do like the area, but, really don't want to trade up...heading into retirement :) Thanks so much for asking !
