Hi Jennifer,

We own a 2200 sq ft townhome in Cary, NC and are interested in the Phoenix area. Which specific area is your house in and what is the appraisal?

The home is in Anthem, which is a community north of Phoenix. It's not the Sun City Anthem, it's 85086 zip code if you want to find it on google.

It should appraise right now for about $450k. That's the foreclosure price of this model in the community, which is experiencing foreclosure apocalypse. It's 4500 sf. We would want that value or we wouldn't trade.

We own a home in Avondale just north of I-10 and Dysart but live in North Carolina and are trying to sell our townhome. I am aware of the market out there, even now home values are dropping. We just got our Maricopa Co assessment!!! I can look at the Maricopa Co assessor's website and see the value of your home and you can get on the Wake Co assessors website and see the apprised value of ours.
