Which city is this located in? I have a property in Estero, FL (SW FL 10 minutes from Naples and Ft. Myers) of congruent value and am looking to trade to the mountains.

I just saw your ad on this site.  You appear to have a lovely home.  I know that Georgia is not on your mind, but please consider our offering anyway.  If you know of anyone, in Colorado, who would like to trade with us, please let us know.

 

We have a beautiful, 4-sided brick, estate style home on 6.73 park-like acres in NE Georgia.  2 car brick garage.  30X60 metal shop with full power.

 

We own the home Free and Clear.  We have over $505,000 cash money invested in the home.  It recently appraised at $415,000 - even in today's miserable market.
