I have a home here in SE florida, Port St. Lucie, I know you were looking at a home in georgia, because of the discussion trail. That person has interest in my home, maybe we could look at a three way swap, mine for yours, and his for mine, ?
What is a carriage home? do you have any pictures of the exterior, any information on the HOA.

You are right. We were looking at NE or NW ga. I am travelling at the moment.
When I return home, Thursday, I will send you the info on our place.
A carriage home is terminology for a condo with an attached garage. Unlike
a typical condo, there is only one connected wall and only four units in a building,
thus all end units, e.g. light bright, good views, not "apartment style" condos.
What is the info on the Ga. place?

The Georgia home was in Blairsville, GA, you had started a dialogue with ROBERT POHORENCE, he was looking for a place in Port St. Lucie, which is where my home is.
