Beautiful property just a few miles from East Entrance from Yellowstone National Park! This is in the green foothills of the Northern Rocy Mountains- not the barren areas! Great farming is right here! 1780 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, loft, 2 story, passive solar home. There is a masterbedroom/bath on 1st floor, with 3 bedrooms, bath and loft on 2nd floor. Household furnishing and small farm equipment is also for sale- 4-wheeler, manure spreader, small disc for a garden, flatbed trailer.The mature trees provide shade in summer, let sunshine in during the winter. There is room for a wonderful huge garden! This is a nicer, clean horse property home (can also raise livestock), there is a seasonal creek running through the property. Wyoming is state income tax free. Property taxes are VERY reasonable- my property tax was $1,200 this year! Come look- you won't be disappointed! Willing to trade/sell for small Port Charlotte, Florida/St. Louis, Missouri, possible other states. I want a small home/farm/condo. I am open to ideas. At the price of $299,900 you won't find a nicer, comparable home- I promise!

Sorry- I have been very ill- in Billings most of the time for infusions. I comepletely forgot about any pictures. Right now the roofers are are waiting for the weather to let up- then maybe I can get some pictures. They won't be very pretty, though as everything is 'dead brown'. Thank you.

Please send me more information about your property in NM. Where is it located--can I google it? We are moving to Silver City and are looking for property near Silver where we can have our 2 horses. I would love to see pix of your place. We would be very interested in trading, but might also be interested in buying if a trade would not work for you. Our place is in Maine, near Portland. 20 acres, beautiful home, barn, riding ring, paddocks and miles of trails right out the front door. We have a 6 month new 2600 sq. ft. home in Farragut, TN, - just outside of Knoxville in a beautiful up-scale community of homes ranging from $360,000. to $650,000. We are looking for land as I have a horse and am sick of boarding. We have vacationed in Wyoming many times and it is one of our favorite states - we would love to live there. If you have any interest in Tenn., I can email photos of our house and area.

Ted- I might be wrong, but are you a realtor?  I think I saw different replies to other people??  Anyway, no I wouldn't consider Tennessee, as beautiful as it is. I lived in Nashville as a little kid).  Have my heart set on Florida(again). The house isn't even on the market now, although if someone came with a reasonable offer out of the blue I would accept it.  The economy is going further south at this time , so I don't think it is a good time to sell.

If you have any ideas, I'm all ears!

D. Cir............thanks for the response........ Been in Tennessee 70 years it is a one of a kind state .......love it for sure...but I also have a place in Ocala, Florida(last 10 years) and love it as well..so I under stand your interest to return..................when thur the East entrance to Cody area a few years back what a beautiful place................good luck and no I'm afraid I don't have any ideas..sure would like to see the situation change soon........just turned 70 yoa this month......time is getting short.......God's blessings

I would trade to Florida- but would like a much smaller house- just like the people who listed the Georgia home!  I want to downsize also!
