North East Georgia 4/3.5/2 Ranch style home to Swap For Florida Home

Have a 3000 sq ft Ranch style home (single level) on a partial basement. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, huge dining rm, huge family rm w/fp, living rm. Mstr bed and bath could be in Better Homes and Gardens magazine. Built 2005. Great neighborhood with the best schools in county and many new shopping centers within close proximity. Home is located about 2 miles east of lake Lanier (largest lake in the East) and 45 minutes to Atlanta while still only 1.5 hours to mountains of NC.
Looking to swap for a home on east coast of Florida. Our house should be priced (in a normal market) at about $365,000, however it is priced now at $309,000. Looking for similar or lower priced house to swap for. Prefer home on Lake (pond).

Not on East Coast, but gulf Coast. Domuswap #416. Take a look.
Over 300K into it, priced according to downturn.
Have many pictures etc.
Advise if interested.

I don't know what's going on with the website.

2 (or three) br 2 ba 2 car garage (+den which can be a third bedroom)
Lake community in S. Fort Myers
3 miles from Sanibel beaches, 6 miles from Fm Beaches
newer area
library, hospital, shopping, entertainment, restaraunts etc. all newer and within 5 to 10 minutes
home on lake facing west, great sunsets
large lanai, custom tile and carpeting, granite counters, fans throughout, overhead storage, duette window coverings, hurricane shutterst etc.
Looking to swap @ 225K unfurnished 335 furnished

I sent an email to you yesterday. I am interested in your home but need more specifics of your house. Also wanted to be sure you were looking to trade for a house in NE Georgia. There were some miss sent emails and just wanted to be certain you did in fact request info on our house. It is located about 45 miles NE of Atlanta in a fantastic town called Flowery Branch. We are about 8 miles north of Buford, GA and 8 miles sout of Gainesville, GA. Also about 1.5 hours to the mountains of NC (near Murphy, NC)

My home is not on the East Coast, but rather 20mi SW of Ocala, in Citrus County......... 10 miles to the Gulf

2700sf ranch, 4br, 3ba, open-contemporary, heated pool-spa, Parade of Homes winner. $325k

Citrus County has approx 40% of land mass reserved for green-space, preserves, parks ............. beautiful wooded area
