North East Florida (Jacksonville Area) Waterfront Townhome for Sale or Trade with Georgia Home
I have a beautiful 3 bed / 2.5 bath waterfront townhome in Jacksonville, Florida that I am looking to trade with a home in Georgia, preferably in the East Atlanta Area. If there is a difference in price between our properties (i.e. if your property is more expensive than mine), I can include a very nice residential lot in Port Charlotte Florida as part of the trade. Rod: You added your trade details to my offer to swap my 4 bed 2 bath house on 1.5 acres with 150ft waterfront to a response I had made to someone's details in the Georgia listings.
However, although I thank you for your response and it's a very nice house and location, I want to move an area with an elevation higher than that of Florida's. Also, my wife and I are elderly and we don't want any stairs.. Thanks for looking and good luck in your search.
