Great for a couple downsizing, with the kids gone, and enough room for when they come back to visit. We would like a 4 bedroom, Single family home, in the same area. We can discuss the difference.

We have a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath single family home in Fairfax, VA right next to Fairoaks Mall. Would you be interested in Swap? I have been posted overseas so family will be downsizing.
