1) How much homeowner’s association fees monthly?
2) How much yearly property tax?
3) Do you own the property free and clear? No liens ?

I have a 3000 sq ft 4/4/3 in pristine gated community w/community fishing/kyacking lake priced to sell at 399,000. Other homes 1 mil+ at the Preserve at Lake Thomas in Land O' Lakes. Has granite and all the upgrades. It's gorgeous. I'm an interior designer and we are building a home and need to buy a smaller one to live in while we are building. Thanks.
