I own a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in Little River, SC (North Myrtle Beach). No liens. It is about 3 miles to the beach. Golf Colony resort has an indoor and outdoor pool. The HOA includes cable TV, water and sewer, the indoor/outdoor pool, trash, outdoor maintenance (building and grounds), some insurance, pest control, etc. The taxes are a little over $500.00 a year. Recently replalced the heat pump, dishwasher, washer and dryer, refrigerator, sliding glass doors (to balcony), bedroom window, and other smaller things. We are interested in selling our home or trading for a newer motorhome 2005 or newer with 4 slides and the remaining balance in cash.
