Bonnie - I have a 3/3 home in Orlando, Florida with apprx 60K in equity (mortgage balance is about $127,000). It has 2 Masterbedroom suites, one with its own hot water heater, and one with a separate private entrance. There's a large, conventionally built storage building in the back. It is currently rented at $1,100/month.
