May buy your's so you could buy what you wanted in south Florida or I buy what you want and trade 1031.
Tom - I feel my house is worth approx $600K - even in this horrible market...it is also rented with very good tenants. Heres my deal: I am willing to sell it for $375K (my mortgage amount) AND a "vacation" property somewhere in Florida, Arizaon, Carolina's, etc. that is worth at least $150K as the down payment. Any interest?
