House Swapping Version 2.0

My 2952sqft, 5bd, 3.5bth Draper, Utah home for your Southern Utah home (permanent swap)

I have to relocate for a new job ASAP, so if you have a property that is equal or LESS than $310K (my home appraised on 01/28/09 for $310K), than I am interested in talking to you. This is a you buy mine, I buy yours swap. Before any terms can be agreed on, you must provide an appraisal of your home to confirm the value.

My home is 2952sqft, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, .22 acre corner lot, fully landscaped, cedar fence with 6x6 post, Brand new 300+ sqft TREK deck with great views of the mountains and valley's.

Your home in Southern Utah (will consider Southern Nevada as well) should have at least 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. I prefer a home at least 1500sqft, but will entertain other ideas. I am looking to close before April 1st 2009 if at all possible.

Hi, Just checking to hear an update, We live in St George, we have a six bedroom, three bath 3089 sq ft. home in better than new condition, We appraised in January for 295000. to 310000. We live in a pud, we have community pool, tennis court, putting green and horseshoe pit. Monthly pud fees are 113.00, that includes extended cable, water, yard maintence. We do not have a large yard, but live half block from nice city park, and there is large community area. Our house is beautiful, two car garage with work bench and storage, two family rooms, large laundry room, two furnices and air conditioners, owned water conditioner, new paint up and down. new carpet up, like new down. If this sounds like something you might be interested in reply back and we will give more details and pictures. Thanks
Gary, thank you for offer, however are currently in escrow with another family in the St George area for a swap. We are expected to close around May 1st, but if things fall out for some reason on their end or their home does not appraise for the sales price, I will touch base with you. Thanks again,
Jesse
Gary, We communicated a few months back about a possible swap, but at the time we went into escrow on a house in Hurricane. Unfortunately the home in Hurricane did not appraise for the sales price. I was wondering if you are still trying to sell your home and might be open for a swap around the June 2009 time frame? If you are still looking to sell/swap, please let me know and we should be able to work something out.
