Where in Miami? what can you tell me about the property?
Thanks for your reply. The house is located in an area called "Silver Bluff". It is about three miles from downtown Miami, walking distance to Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. It is also a few blocks from Coral Way... (very desirable areas of Miami) You can walk to Starbucks, Publix, Blockbuster, CVS and countless restaurants. The area became popular a few years ago, particularly with young professionals working in downtown/Brickell (banking area). The house is a 3/2, approximately 1300 sqft, Mediterranean style (tile roof/original hardwood floors)- We are finishing remodeling the kitchen, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc).
