Sorry, I thought I had put the price in when I updated the profile. We are asking $299,000, but do have some wiggle room. We are in Bradenton, FL just south of Tampa and north of Sarasota, and 10 minutes to the beach.

I have two new vacation homes in the WaterStone Development on Castle Rock Lake in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. Castle Rock Lake is the 4th largest lake in Wisconsin and is located 20 minutes North of Wisconsin Dells. Wisconsin Dells touts the most water parks in the us. The property has access to a club house with indoor pool, sauna and work out center. The property also has dock access on Castle Rock Lake. The homes are 1800 to 2100 heated sq ft, 3br/3ba, large family rooms, 3 car garages and full basements. With your home being priced at around 300K I believe we could strick a deal if you are interested. I can provide pictures and other information if you are interested..
