I have a home in Norman Oklahoma that we are wanting to sell/trade. 5 bedroom/4 bath large home in Brookhaven Subdivision - recent appraised value is $415,000.

I own rental property in Sevierville TN, close to the Smokey Mountains and Dollywood. It has 4 bedroom, 2 baths, two screeched in porches, hot tub and wet bar. Sleeps up to 13 people. It's vauled around $225,000 and rental incoome the last couple of years was around $14,000. Photographs an furter information can be provided if interested.
