my home is in calhoun, georgia. it about one hour south of chattanooga, tn & 45 min north of atlanta. the snow is a january photo. we have very mild weather & cheap utility bills. i am looking to downsize & relocate. where is your home located?

we are also looking to downsize and a warmer climate. our home is in nw tn, we had the coldest winter in 100 yrs according to the locals, we too are it appears in the same boat, good luck. the town is 5 miles from dyersburg tn and 85 mi from memphis.

Looking to trade 1856 ft. under roof 4 beadroom 1 bath 2 story country home.House has 650 sq.ft.3/4 wrap around pourch .3 acress fenced yard.2nd floor is 429sq. ft. loft beadroom with really big walk through closet.The 3 beadrooms down stars are big .Big pantrey big Living room big Kitchen.Laundry room.Central air. Gas heat.City water.144sq.ft. chicken house.Yearly taxs are less then $400.00.Also if you whant we will through in 2 horses chickens geese ducks and rabbits.This is living at its best if you love peace and quite.Sit on the pourch and watch the chickens peak the ground.Watch the horses run in the back pastor.At night sit and watch the Lightning bug listin to the crickets.If you have children its a blast to watch them catch lighting bugs and run free.Not have to worry about cars or weard peaple talking to them.Then at the same time you can be in the citys in no time.2 hours from nashville 1 hour from memphis.20 min. and your in Dyersburg or 30 min.from Jackson.

where are lu wayne - city/state we are also looking to trade for a home in florida or s georgia coastal area close to kings bay, ga. we would consider a trade in the cordova/germantown tn area or jackson tn area thanks and good luck we have to be close to major medical ctr due to our health.

We are in a little town called yorkville.But are post office dose not deliver so are mailing adress is dyer.I beleave your in newbern.We moved here 2 years ago and we miss florida all we talk about is going back homeits been nice but i need the city lights.You probley have seen are tow truck runing down 77 OBrien Towing & Recovery.I wish I could affred to keep our home here and travel back in forth.We jusy sold are house in florida a year ago.We tryed to keep it and let some one live there but it was to much work so the lady that was living there bought it.good luck to you to

I m well aware of where u are we bought the johnson house on main st, newbern, 2 ac, have invested over $250K in it. we are trying to go back to fl also where did u live in fl. I m from gibson county originally and we moved up here because we had no children and i had family for what is is worth we find is zilch lol. good luck my contact in jackson, tn who has been in mortgage business says these ads so many of them where people want to downsize is really that they cant afford what they bought, we want to trade and downsize because this place is too big to keep up physically and our health suddenly went south. thank and good luck

We moved here because my brothers moved here 7 years ago.Im from west palm beach/lake worth.My wife is from loxahatchee.Im used to towing 12 to 30 cars a day here a busy day is 5 cars.I also owned a tile and marble business back home.Work sucks unless you work in factorys.We whanted a bigger place so all the kids would have there own rooms.We wish we could move are house back to florida.We dount care about the down sizing moneys not the problem we own out right and i cover the bills.We miss the beach- lake okechobee moms famly and the most my two oldest daughters.We have a friend back home that is checking into geting a broker to countrol the assets of the house as a rentell.The keep the up keep and control the tendent.

actually, i looked at the house u purchased and couldnt get my hudband to look at it. we paid too much for the one we have, hadve totally r eplumbed, rewired, refixed, etc the whole house, we really do need to downsize because we just dont need all this space. we have 5,000 sf under roof, new bathroom down, kitchen down, bedrooms down, too much. anyhow my hubby cant climb the stairs anymore either. we are stuck i guess because the renters up tend to demolish where they rent hopefully u will be luckier and sell . we showed this same man the house again today (lol) this time he wanted us to take out all the appliances and reduce the price (what is a 5 yo appliance worth) and take down the 20x20 boat/rv coverage/bldg (metal whatever u call it ) what s that value who would want to take that down and move it. I think u r in the wrong county try and hook up with Dyer co and see if u can get business u are close enough to dyersburg that should bring in something. good luck anyhow i ll stop by and say howdy (lol) the next time i go seee my bro who lives on hwy 77 out of dyer. he has over 85 ac and large brick home off the rd. good luck again
