We are in discussions with a family to lease our home. What did you have in mind? The taxes have been reduced to about $10,000 I think. You can look on our zillow website for more info.

I have a 5 bed 4.5 bath brick pool home that sits on 1.74 private acres in Franklin, NC which borders Sylva. It was appraised 2 years ago at 1.1mil. All rooms are large. Master is on main w/ private sitting room w/ fireplace. All other bedrooms are upstairs which includes a jack and jill with shared full bath, bedroom w/ private bath and an in-law suite with sitting room and full bath.
