I would like to trade one or all four of my lake view lots at Eagle Lake CA, for home or cabin in any state. Might trade for hunting property also. I would consider taking a newer vehicle as down payment on one of my lots and carry back a note for the balance with great terms.These lots are flat and ready to build on right now, or you can just park your RV on for vacations until you are ready to build. Paved rd. runs in front of the lots and there is a paved and lighted 4600' airstrip that runs along the lake shore a few hundred yards away.
