Would like to trade one or all four of my remaining lake view lots, for a house or cabin in any state.  Would also consider hunting property. May take newer vehicle as down payment for one of the lots, and carry the balance with great terms. These lot are flat and ready to build on now. They all have real nice lake and mountain views. A paved county road runs in front of the properties, and there is a paved ,lighted 4600' runway that runs along the shoreline, just a short walk away. Eagle Lake is the second largest natural lake in CA, and has about 110 miles of shoreline. It is best known for its trophy trout that is only native to this lake and grow to be very large.
