Any interest in a 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condo on South Padre Island Texas? The unit was remodeled in 2007. We are currently doing short term rentals here and have a page on vrbo.com- listing 178037. The complex allows rental to people with pets.

Have Fl inter coastal 2/2 condo with 30 foot boat slip and 10K lift in New Smyrna Beach. We too have see our property value drop below $500K do to market.  Have pictures and details if you have an interest in a even up, furnished for furnished trade.

Marc I am not sure if you have traded yet.  I do not have a FL home but I have rental property in the NE GA mountains with two units currently leased right now yielding $950 per month.  The units have their own 1 car garage and very nice with a large basement for storage. We own the rental property free and clear.  I also have a single family home in Demorest, GA that we carry a note for which is 3 bedroom and 2 bath with a 2 car garage.  We are looking to trade up.  Any interest?
