Beautiful 2 bedroom lake cottage on Ohio's largest inland lake, Grand Lake St. Mary's. The house is just off the jetty, boat ramp and lake so taxes are low: $580. Very cool town: drive-in movie, loads of trails and parks, fishing.

I currently have a home on Silver Lake just south of Warsaw/Winona area. It is a 3/2 home with fenced corner lot with above ground pool. Is located just across the street from the lake, but does have deeded acces with a pier space between two homes on other side of the street. I have relocated to Columbus, OH for my job. Yes I do have pictures I can send if you can let me know where to send them. The balance is approx 113,000. I am not looking to make any money from the property and just am tired of maintaining the home from Columbus. We also have been searching for anyone that may be interested in assuming the loan and I would even pay the transfer fee if you might be interested in that.
