We own a bayfront duplex on Manasota Key.

This property has Lemon Bay in the back yard and the Gulf of Mexico beach in the front. By boat via Lemon Bay, the Gulf of Mexico can be accessed within 15 minutes with no fixed bridges.

This duplex has been completely renovated. Each unit is a large (approximately 1000 sq. ft under ac).) one bedroom/ one bathroom. The units have new central ac - new kitchens - bathrooms - living areas have been completely redesigned - new windows & French doors - new shell rock driveway & path to bay - electrical has been updated to current code - re-screened porch enclosure - new stucco exterior.

What makes this place extraordinarily special is the location. It has a seawall on Lemon Bay. From the back we have seen countless large fish jumping, dolphin that have come right up to the seawall, starfish, hermit crabs and huge live shells. There is always something to watch. Then across the road is a beautiful white sand beach. There are many treasures to find on the beach, including amazing shells & fossil sharks teeth. The beach is very quiet almost like a private setting. The sunsets are beyond amazing.

There are basically two rental seasons. Winter is more of a retiree crowd from up north trying to escape the cold weather. Summer attracts younger families that enjoy the beach and all that it has to offer.

The duplex is located on Manasota Key, which is in Englewood, Florida (SW Florida).
