Hi Barbara,

You have an extremely beautiful home. I am sure that it would be one that we could be very comfortable in. I really like the large garage, as I like to play with "toy" cars. I believe that we could be happy in Georgia. It is just that I have not done any research on it. Florida, with it tax base, seems a prudent, financial place to retire to.

We have a current FHA appraisal of $592K and we have replaced the roof with architectural shingles since then.

Judging by the trophies on your wall, I am sure that you would like it here. You can go across the road and hunt deer, turkey, etc. (and moose by lottery). Plus the lakefront is nice. If nothing else the view is great. Although, white bass, land locked salmon, and trout are abundant, if you like fishing.

However, just looking at the value of both places, I don't think we could afford to take that much of a loss. But. yours is great looking and we could fit all of our stuff in it. My wife loves your kitchen.
