Hi Mike...any interest in South Carolina...i own a 2nd row sound lot on Hilton Head Island, SC. It's a 1/2 acre, with great water views, 100 yrds to a private beach, in a gated community with world class amenities including golf, tennis, and lots of bike paths. It's also considered historic land as it sits right next to a civil war fort called Ft. Walker. i have found many civil war artifacts right on my land with a metal detector...if you like the ocean, the south, history, and love doing things outdoors on water and land...you may want to consider this. my lot is listed for $1,195,000. thanks!
