Kalispell home on 5 acres - Orchard Ridge Rd

I have a 3600 sqft property on 5 acres on the much desired Orchard Ridge Rd in Kalispell, MT. Fireplace in Great room; woodburning stove in kitchen/dining area. Great room is large and very open with vaulted ceilings and a loft. Lots of windows to let in the light and views of the outdoors. Current value $575K. Prefer to trade for a property of equal or lesser value; preferably with some kind of rental potential; will consider any US location. I am adding old (repeat- old) pictures becaue they are what I have. I am trying to get new ones, but I don't live near the property, so must rely on my tenant.

Sorry all. I guess I really need to update this site. I do still own the house. Payments are currently in arrears. At last check, property value had dropped to around $350K.
