Hello,  we are interested in Santa Monica, Naples (Long Beach), Santa Cruz, or Santa Barbara locations.

See pictures below.  We bought this home in 2007 for $1.6.  Views facing East and South East. i.e., San Gabriel Mountains, Downtown Long Beach, and Long Beach Harbor.  On clear days you can see down to Dana Point. Home is stylish, updated, and has a private pool area.  It was a Palos Verdes Sweepstakes"Dream Home" in 2006.  We didn't win it, we purchased it. Palos Verdes is quite exclusive: top-rated schools, beautiful scenery, and stables available for equestrians!
