House Swapping Version 2.0

I have 7 approved resort building lots high above and with views of Vallecito Lake and the San Juan National Forest Weimunche Wilderness, outside of Durango CO - recently named the #1 Micropolitan in the entire U.S.

Some are adjacent to National Forest, while all are only one or two lots away from same.  One is 0.6 acres and the balance are 1+ acre.  There are a number of homes already built and there is year round access.  A multi-million dollar home is underway.  Values range from $72.5K - almost $900K for them all.

I am interested in a Miami or Fort Lauderdale condo of 1 or 2 bedrooms for my personal use. I own these properties outright and they are excess inventory for me in the Durango area as I have my ranch, ski chalet and office building here as well, none of which I am currently offering.

I can offer these properties for immediate exchange value for value or would consider owner financing with sufficient down based also on creditworthiness and would expect same if someone offered a property of greater value.

These are high alpine resort lots with incredible views and 4 season amenities - hiking, biking, boating, fishing, skiing, hunting, etc.  Colorado is still the #1 thinnest State in the country - clean air and lots of visual and other stimulation.

Please see the attached Microsoft Word file for more information.

Already in discussion to acquire a Portugal property at a much lower basis.  While your property is certainly nice, the base is above my interest for a property in Europe.

Thanks for asking.

Gary

I have recently reduced the price to circa 900k USD.

What sort of price range you looking at?

For the right property, I can go above 1,000,000 USD.  Right now my primary interest is in south Florida (Palm Beach to Miami) and Grand Cayman.  I contacted you regarding your Guatemala property.  So unique year round warm weather properties might be of interest as long as travel time was not extended (e.g., to Australia).  And no borderline security countries (e.g., Mexico, Jamaica, etc.).

Gary,

I don't have a Guatamala property.

mine is the Portugal property http://www.internationalpropertyswap.com/Properties/ToSwap/In/Europ...
