Kirk. Thank you, however, your home is much too small and also I just found out there are fire ants in your county. Since I am DEATHLY allergic to them and that is why I am moving from the south, I cannot trade with you. I need to be in a much colder climate where the fire ants will not inhabit. I have a home in Mt. Morris MI that is 1736 sq. ft. on 11.6 acres. Two pole barns, above ground pool and patio, 3 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a 2.5 car garage. If you are at all interested please let me know.

Have a northern Michigan, log, golf cottage (two full baths and two very large bedrooms - room for four queen beds) on the 10th green of the Fountains Course in upscale Garland Resort in Lewiston, MI. Have just over $150K into the cottage with $10K in interior upgrades and new shingles and exterior stain in last two years. Also have in Vonore, Tn a vacant, road to road, upscale, gate guarded lot in Rarity Bay community looking down on covered boat docks and Tellico Lake on three sides valued last month (2/2011) at $195,000. Will consider trading both for your one home.
