Income Property in northern Utah for house/condo in Las vegas, southern Utah or So Utah Cabin
I have two brick 4-plexes in the Ogden, UT area ... all three bedroom units with central air and fireplaces. Great rental history. Have been owned from long distance for five years without issue. Will trade one or both for a house or condo in Las Vegas area. Will also consider cabin in southern Utah mountains or house/condo in St george, UT.
I have about $150k equity in each one and can accept from $150K to $250 in trade for each. Can accept from $300 to $500 for both. Can also accept multiple properties in trade.

Thanks for your interest in my properties. Yes, I still have them.
Each of my 4-plexes are valued around 320k and I owe about 187k on each. Rents ($2600/mo each) support that valuation.
I'm willing to listen to any trade ideas you may have, but the valuation (on your website) for the Susana home (375k) is simply unrealistic. A number of homes, similar in size age and location, have sold this year for considerably less. There are other similar homes (including the pool) for sale at a considerably lower price. I'm interested in fair equity trades only.
