LINDA, IT IS LOCATED ON RIVIERA DR JUST OFF OF HARBOURDR. IT IS BETWEEN RT, 41 AND THE GULF IN THE MOORINGS. IT IS NOT A GATED COMMUNITY. WE PAID $525,000 THREE YEARS AGO PLUS WE DID REMOLDELING OF $20,000. WE KNOW THE MARKET IS MUCH DIFFERENT NOW AND ARE WILLING TO TALK. WE LOVE NAPLES BUT WE HAVE BUSINESSES IN MICHIGAN AND IN THE VILLAGES AND NEED TO LOCATE PERMENATLY IN THE VILLAGES.

LARRY, IT SOUNDS BEAUTIFUL BUT MUCH TO EXPENSIVE--THE MARKET IS DOWN AND WE HAVE OURS PRICED AT $288,000 WHICH DOES NOT GET US BACK WHAT WE PUT IN IT. WE ARE WANTING TO BUY SMALLER, BUT THANKS AND GOOD LUCK. LINDA

We have a beautiful villa at Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club right on the golf course with pond and conservation. In San Antonio, FL halfway between The Villages and Tampa.

We have some friends who are possibly interested in a home in the Villages. They currently have a beautiful 2 bedroom condo in Highland Woods Golf and Country Club, Bonita Springs. If you have any interest, I can forward your info to them.

We have a 2 bedroom in a 55+ community. Paid $175,000.00 3 years ago and have made $30,000 in improvements. The property is in Sun City Center, right between Srarsota and Tampa. I need to relocate further south for work purposes (my job wants me to transfer to a different one of our offices and I need to be accessible to an airport) The property is in Sun City Center. This is a very reasonbale cost of living community and the mortgage is very affordable. I am willing to trade up or down in order to speed up my chances to relocate for work purposes

How old is your home?
We have a custom home near Charlotte Harbor in the area you are looking for. 2350 sf, granite, all tile, built 2003, pool on canal and gorgeous. We also have friends in the Villages so we are inerested. Our price has been drastically reduced on our home.

I have a lovely home in a gated community in Belleview, Fl. about 9 miles north of the Villages. Interested in swapping home. Home was built in 2005 and has too many features and amenities to list.
