I just saw your ad. Is the home still available for trade? Is the home $ 425,000 or $ 595,000?

If it is $ 425,000, we might have the makings of a trade. Do you own it Free and Clear?

We have a beautiful, 4-sided brick, estate style home on 6.73 park-like acres in NE Georgia.

We own the home free and clear. We have over $ 505,000 cash money invested in the home. Recent appraisal comes in at $ 415,000.

Hi Barbara, the house is not for sale anymore we decided to keep it. Have tried to remove that listing but hasn't worked.
