We have a home in Winter Park, FL (Orlando) that we bought in 2006 for $1,135,000. We are looking to trade it for a home close to Cashiers or Highlands. We own it free and clear. Winter Park is 30 minutes to Disney and 50 minutes to the beaches. It is an upscale, European style community with brick streets, beautiful live oak trees and exclusive shops.

Thank you for your interest and response to my ad. RU sure that you have an interest in a mountain top retreat? You sound as though you could be a dyed in the wool city dweller :-)
This property is a Highlands address and only 10 minutes to Cashiers. If you leave the town of Highland you are exactly 9 miles up the mountains to this home. There are 2 others below me on this mountain but they cannot be seen from the house or property. The first below me is a newly built 20,000. sqft home.
Our 5 acres is made up of a 3 1/2 acres parcel with the house & barn and a contiguous 1 1/2 acres separate folio building lot with power in and a running stream. To the eye it is all one parcel.

If still interested what do you propose as a trade position? Of course it all depends on your liking the property style, area and pictures etc. I'm just looking for a starting point and I'd be happy to send pics etc. please provide an email address other than domuswap, thanks & best regards, Jerry

I have two homes - side by side - in Farragut TN (just outside of Knoxville) in an upscale community (pool community - boating and golf just down the street), but we need a home that has enough room for family of 5, plus in-law suite, also room for a horse.
