I have a 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home on the beautiful gulf coast in Ocklochnee Bay, Florida. The house is on 16' stilts and overlooks the bay from one side and the open ocean from the other side. Has a screened porch on top level with outside steps to the ground. Also has elevator to all floors. The interior has hardwood and ceramic floors throughout. Property includes a 10,000 lb. boatlift with a 23' Carolina Skiff boat. The fishing is great as well as a beach area 2 blocks from the house. Convenient to nice restaurants as well as shopping. Great place to live or vacation.
I would like to swap for property on Lake Oconee or Lake Sinclair in Georgia. Other offers will be considered.

Hi,
We have ~20 acres located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia that we would like to trade. The land has ~2 miles of creek frontage...a huge clear stream, ~75 feet wide. It feeds into the New River directly from our property. There are many beautiful building sites. Flyfishing, hunting, birdwatching, canoe, kayak etc. It is Grayson County, between Independence and Galax, VA. Let me know if you want more info or photos.

What is the value of your home? We have a very unique Bed and Breakfast in the cool mtns. of Western NC worth approx. 1.1m and are looking to take a property in FL. as down payment.

We haven't had it appraised lately, but the realtor we had it listed with said it was worth at least $1 million. By the way, your place is really beautiful.
