Golf Comm. Home, Titusville, FL for New Tampa

We want to down-size and move near our kids. We have a 5/3 pool home in a golf community. The pool is a 40 ft. lap pool, screened in with a waterfall. Also an office and family room. The kitchen and 2 baths were completely gutted and remodeled in 2006. SS appliances and diamond cut tiles. Wood laminate in all living areas and master BR.
