I just noticed your posting? You do not say where you want to move to. You do not state a value.

What is the size of the home and lot?

Please consider our offering. We have a lovely, 4-sided brick, estate style home on 6.73 park-like acres in NE Georgia. 2 car brick garage. 30X60 metal shop with full power.

We own the home Free and Clear. We have over $505,000 invested in the home. It recently appraised at $415,000 - even in todays market.

We have a lakefront home in Northeast Florida we're interested in trading. It's a gorgeous home on three heavily wooded acres in the community of Keystone Heights (great school, family-oriented town). The house is built to resemble an Adirondack lake house with lots of wood, two fireplaces and three screened porches. It has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and a downstairs play/game room that could be made into an inlaw suite. The house is on the market for $398,000 but we're interested in trading. I have a 3 bed/ 3 bath home on 1.1 acres just 10 minutes from Steamboat Springs, CO and 10 minutes from the regional airport. Just 1/4 mile from the Yampa River. 2 car garage. No HOAs. There are 2 additional buildings on the property currently rented out. Low taxes & insurance. I have over $400K into it but in today's market would guess the value @ $250K-$300K. Approx. rental for home & buildings is $1200/Month.
