We have a Georgia home with 4 bed/ 3.5 baths, 2 master suites, formal livingroom, formal dinning room, family room and breakfast area. The property is 1 acre abutting the 14th tee box of a georgia national golf cours. The price is 219,000 or we would love to swap for a home,condo or townhouse in south florida. The house has a brand new roof and all exterior and interior has been painted and everything updated. Brand new gas stove, refridgerator and dishwasher.

I have a partner Bobby Ginn. He has property in Naples. We can build you a house if we haven't got one, we have about 400 lots in south Fla. I am taking 90 days to build houses right now.
