I have a large culdesac homesite that backs up to conservation area.
This property is located in Cypress River Plantation, a gated community located right on the most beautiful part of the Intracoastal Waterway. Its surrounded by a golf course (but if your don't play you don't pay). This neighborhood has it all. A large amenity center, with pools, tennis, basketball, playground. There is a private boat launch, boat storage, and plenty of day docks. There is also a really neat elevated walking trail that takes you through the wooded marsh out to fishing docks and day docks.
This neighborhood has sidewalks on both side of the streets, street lamps, underground utilities, city water and sewer and plenty of hardwood trees!. Its also within a mile of a full service marina.
I would like to swap for a condo, town home, or home. Trade value is 140K.

What kind of house do you have in mind? I have 2 houses. A beach house in Palm Coast/ Flagler Beach area in FL and a lakefront house on Lake Norman, NC. I woulld consider trading either one. Does your lot have intracoastal frontage?

This lot is located on a culdesac and it backs up to conservation area. The community itself is located on the intracoastal but not this lot...those sold for 400k plus.
The neighborhood has a private boat launch and boat storage.
I'm interested in an even swap, sounds like your properties would be valued at more than 140K.

I have a 3/2/2 home on Lake Dupont in Deltona, Florida. About 20 minutes from Daytona, near Orlando and I-4. Are you referring to the Lake Norman house? You can see a video....youtube.com search 8072 Waterford Dr Lake Norman. Do you have pictures of your house? Price?
