it appears so many of the discussions are a way to communicate with the outside of the home. i am beginning to believe that very few of these people really want to trade their homes only their wits. have a nice day all

Of course most people don't really want to trade. They're working on the "greater fool" theory in that they're trying to find someone upon whom they can unload their expensive mistakes and preferably come out it with some cash and lower outgoings. There's a smattering of genuine, innocent people who have been hit by the greed of the Wall St banksters but most thought that property prices would go up for ever and bought imprudently.
