I am the new home you have been looking for. I am a 4 bedroom (two master suites), 3 bathroom, 2+ car garage nearly 2400 sq ft all brick home on a 1/2 acre corner lot with a partial water view & I'm just steps to the bay and only 15 minutes to Florida's best beaches.

it appears so many of the discussions are a way to communicate with the outside of the home. i am beginning to believe that very few of these people really want to trade their homes only their wits. have a nice day all

Of course most people don't really want to trade. They're working on the "greater fool" theory in that they're trying to find someone upon whom they can unload their expensive mistakes and preferably come out it with some cash and lower outgoings. There's a smattering of genuine, innocent people who have been hit by the greed of the Wall St banksters but most thought that property prices would go up for ever and bought imprudently.

We have a Ga. mountain home. Appraised at 303,000.00 this last year. 3/3 with garage, two homes in one, complete finished apt. in basement, 2/2/upstairs, 1/1/ downstairs, entrance is upstairs that face the national forest, and from both the top deck, that is approx. 70 ft. long, and the bottom porch, you view 3 States year around. Upstairs also has massive great room, with massive fireplace, and kitchen, and large utility rm. Downstairs also has great room, with kitchen, and utility rm. What is it you are wanting to trade for? We have a 3/3/1 traditional-two-story, built in 2005, one-acre, looks like Mt. Vernon fron a distance. Two homes in one, 2/2, great-room, kitchen, large laundry room, upstairs, 1/1, great-room, kitchen, laundry room, large-rec. room, garage, all have year-around-three-state-mountain view.
