I am the new home you have been looking for. I am a 4 bedroom (two master suites), 3 bathroom, 2+ car garage nearly 2400 sq ft all brick home on a 1/2 acre corner lot with a partial water view & I'm just steps to the bay and only 15 minutes to Florida's best beaches.

Mine is 4.5 of commercial property. It is located on Hwy 381 (Dallas/Acworth Hwy).

It is zoned B-2 Commercial. Joining the property is a convenience store and strip shopping center with barber shop, Dominos Pizza, and other stores. Also joining to the back side is storage units.

A few feet is larger strip shopping center that has Suntrust bank, Publix, waffle house and other retail stores.

It is in East Paulding County. I am going to try to attach when I first listed in 2008 the value was 1.250Million, was reducted to $990,000 due to economy is less now. I do not have it listed. It is free and clear of any mortgages. Taxes are paid in full. There is no buildings on property, just land. They gave me a break on the taxes because I have not builts on the property. Last year my taxes was reduced to $1200 after talking to them.

Oh, the town is Dallas(New Hope), Georgia 30132.

I know your owners will feel right at home with my 2 stories, actually main floor and a basement, partially open to the patio. O have new fixtures for all plumbing and all new plulmbing, new carpet, new commodes, a special order claw-foot tub on its way, New kitchen cabinets on the way (have new sink, new disposl) new tile floor n the laundry room and kitchen and baths. Also have a nice marble floor entry. I am very pet friendly - all pets can com and go at their leisure as I have a fenced yard. all I have to do is take the stairs down to the basement go thruough one door and then take a left and out the doggy door to my large estate of birds, peaches, nectarines, squirrels, pecan trees, apple and pear trees, beatiful rose garden. I would like to send pictures so we can get together soon and make a good deal for both of us. thanks j
