Celebration is close to Orlando. It is beautiful there. They have an "old style" of homes, everyone drives golf carts, and there is a park in the middle of town. Really a neat place. Nobody has ever lived in the is condo. It is totally upgraded, 3-4 bedrooms, 13 foot ceilings, granite, molding, etc everywhere. Very desireable place.

I saw this property listed for permanent swapping, and would like to ask a couple of questions about it … before I propose any swap :

1) How much homeowner’s association fees monthly?
2) How much yearly property tax?
3) Do you own the property free and clear? No liens ?

I have a 7 acre lakefront lot in a gated multi-million dollar house community called the Ranch Club outside of Orlando, FL. It is currently appraised with the Lake County tax appraisers for $240,240 and the property is free and clear. Any interest in an exhange? The place is beautiful! I can send pictures if needed.

I own two lots both in upscale, gated communities:

1. 1.44 acres in Misty Harbor Subd. in Woodbine, GA (30 min. N of Jacksonville, FL). Private marina in subdivision where I own a boatslip.

2. River Oaks in the Hammock in Palm Coast, FL (between Daytona Beach & St. Augustine). Subdivision has only 22 lots with day dock on the Intracoastal. My lot is across the street from the Intracoastal.
