Hi there,

I have a 7 acre lakefront lot in a gated multi-million dollar house community called the Ranch Club outside of Orlando, FL. It was appraised with the Lake County tax appraisers for $240,240 a little over a year ago and the property is free and clear. Any interest in an exhange? The place is beautiful! I have 3 boys who love to fish and we love Crystal River :). I can send pictures if needed.
